Unauthorized Quick Setup actions via missing permission checks

Authorization flaws in Checkmk before 2.4.0p25 and 2.5.0b2 allow remote authenticated users to alter Quick Setups and read job status. Quick Setup REST endpoints accepted crafted PUT and POST requests without granular checks for access to a specific setup or the permission level required for its actions. Any authenticated account in the default configuration could modify stage data, run setup actions, and read background-job state containing sensitive information.
