Root code execution via PID reuse race

Local privilege escalation in Waves Central for macOS 13.0.9 through 16.5.5 allows local users to execute arbitrary code as root. The com.waves.central.InstlHelper XPC service checks a connecting client's code signature by PID after connection, so PID reuse can validate an attacker-controlled process. Winning the local race grants access to executeIrlFileWithPath, which runs attacker-selected code with root privileges.
