Local code execution via PATH-resolved ioreg

Path hijacking in OpenTelemetry-Go 1.21.0 through 1.39.0 allows local users to execute code during Darwin host detection. The WithHostID detector in sdk/resource/host_id.go invokes ioreg by bare name, causing the process to search PATH and run an earlier attacker-controlled executable. Exploitation requires local control of the application's PATH and executes the substitute binary with that application's privileges.
