Unauthenticated draft job disclosure via unchecked record access

Improper access control in Horilla HRMS 1.4.0 and later before 1.5.0 allows remote attackers to read unpublished job postings. The recruitment_details view accepted direct non-HTMX requests for arbitrary recruitment IDs, while application_form selected records by ID without requiring is_published. No account or user interaction is required; a guessed job ID discloses draft titles and descriptions and exposes the unpublished application workflow.
