Authenticated cross-account document upload via unchecked employee ID

Improper authorization in Horilla HRMS 1.4.0 through 1.4.x allows remote authenticated users to upload documents as other employees. The file-upload handler accepts a client-controlled employee_id field and associates the uploaded document with that employee without verifying the account relationship. Any employee account can therefore place a requested document in another employee's record; the issue changes stored data but does not expose document contents or interrupt service.
