Request smuggling via CRLF-terminated quoted chunk extensions

HTTP request smuggling in Apache Traffic Server 9.0.0 through 9.2.14 and 10.0.0 through 10.1.3 allows remote attackers to inject requests. The HTTP/1.1 chunk parser terminates a chunk-extension quoted string at an embedded CRLF, so subsequent bytes are parsed as a second request. Unauthenticated access to a reverse-proxy listener is sufficient to send a smuggled request to the origin, affecting downstream integrity without reported direct data disclosure.
