Unauthorized charging-state transitions via nonterminating sequence errors

Authentication bypass in EVerest Core 2025.12.1 and earlier allows physically proximate attackers to enter unauthorized ISO 15118-2 states. The iso_validate_response_code path logs a failed iso_validate_state sequence check but keeps the connection open when terminate_connection_on_failed_response is false, so forbidden messages update the session context. Exploitation requires an adjacent ISO 15118-2 connection; it can prepare charging and current delivery, but the contactors remain open and no current reaches the vehicle.
