Sandbox escape in Grist Labs grist-core before 1.7.9 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary processes through a malicious document. The pyodide sandbox runs Python formulas under Node, which provides no effective isolation barrier and lets document code spawn host processes. Exploitation requires GRIST_SANDBOX_FLAVOR=pyodide and a malicious document to be opened; resulting processes execute on the Grist server.
