Local code execution via unchecked CAN interface name

Stack-based buffer overflow in EVerest Core before 2026.02.0 allows local users to execute code via an oversized CAN interface name. Three CAN-open paths copy the name with strcpy into 16-byte ifreq.ifr_name fields without checking length, corrupting adjacent stack data before ioctl or bind. Exploitation requires influence over a configured or crafted network-interface name; the resulting process compromise can affect charger control.
