Unauthenticated ticket disclosure via exposed REST endpoint
Published Mar 25, 2026 · Updated Mar 25, 2026
Missing authorization in WPFactory Helpdesk Support Ticketing System for WooCommerce 2.1.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to read tickets. The Tickets method registers the stsw_tickets custom post type for the WordPress REST API while leaving it publicly queryable without an authorization check. No authentication or user interaction is required; the grounded consequence is disclosure of support-ticket data, not ticket modification or service interruption.
