Privilege escalation via unescaped artifact filenames

Stored XSS in Argo Workflows before 3.6.17 and 3.7.0 through 3.7.7 allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript. ArtifactServer's directory listing writes attacker-controlled object filenames into link targets and text with fmt.Fprintf without HTML escaping. A workflow author must create a malicious output filename and persuade another user to open its artifact listing, where the script runs under the Argo Server origin and can use the victim's privileges to read, create, or delete workflows.
