Administrator takeover via password-derived JWT signing key

Credential exposure in 1Panel-dev DataEase before 2.10.19 allows remote attackers to recover an administrator password via JWT verification. CommunityTokenFilter derives each JWT signing key directly from the user's MD5 password hash, while /de2api/license/version accepts attacker-generated tokens without login monitoring or rate limiting. Network reachability of that endpoint is sufficient to test guesses and forge an administrator JWT, granting full application control.
