Local memory disclosure via integer pointer arithmetic

Pointer-arithmetic memory disclosure in EVerest Core before 2025.9.0 allows local users to read process memory through malformed error paths. Integer values are added to string-literal pointers at external energy-limit and libocpp exception sites, so thrown errors start at unintended memory addresses. Exploitation requires high local privileges, user interaction, and a reachable error path; disclosed data can include heap, stack, and stack-canary contents.
