One-byte heap disclosure via XML type parsing

Buffer over-read in RTI Connext Professional Core Libraries allows remote attackers to read one heap byte via malicious RTPS messages. The XML type parser reads one byte beyond a heap buffer when it processes a crafted XML type delivered in RTPS traffic or a local XML file. Network reachability applies when RTPS protection is absent; with Security Plugins protection, exploitation requires local write access to an XML type file, and the bounded effects are one-byte disclosure or a low-probability application crash.
