Memory exhaustion via unchecked comma-split arrays

Improper input validation in qs 6.7.0 through 6.14.1 allows remote attackers to exhaust application memory through comma-separated query values. The parse logic splits comma-delimited strings into arrays before enforcing arrayLimit, so oversized arrays bypass the configured bound. Reachability requires a consuming application to parse attacker-controlled input with the non-default comma option enabled, resulting in service interruption from excessive allocation.
