CVE-2026-23904Network attack vector

Unauthenticated SSRF via unrestricted Engine UI targets

Published Jul 29, 2026 · Updated Jul 29, 2026

SSRF in Apache Kyuubi 1.8.0 through 1.11.x allows remote attackers to send HTTP requests to arbitrary reachable hosts. EngineUIProxyServlet takes host and port path segments and builds the proxy destination without restricting them to administrator-approved endpoints. Network access to the REST frontend is sufficient; exploitation can reach internal services or use the server as an open proxy, with no reported code execution.
