API key extraction via variable-time comparison

Timing side channel in OctoPrint 1.11.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to extract API keys through denied-request timing. API-key checks in find_user, _user_for_api_key, and get_user_for_apikey use equality operators that stop at the first mismatched character instead of constant-time comparison. Exploitation requires network access and sufficiently low latency and noise to distinguish response times; no working proof of concept has been demonstrated.
