Unauthenticated SSRF via unrestricted CSS downloads

SSRF in Mailpit before 1.28.3 allows remote attackers to make server-side HTTP requests through the HTML Check API. The inlineRemoteCSS function accepts stylesheet href values after checking only for an HTTP or HTTPS scheme, then downloadToBytes issues an unrestricted GET and reads the response into the checked HTML. An attacker must submit an HTML email and invoke its HTML check; successful requests can reach internal services and cloud metadata endpoints.
