Reflected XSS via unneutralized categoryDeleted parameter
Published Jan 19, 2026 · Updated Jan 19, 2026
Reflected XSS in Movary before 0.70.0 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript in another user's browser via categoryDeleted. The settings-account-location.js script places the categoryDeleted query value into page output without sanitization or encoding. Exploitation requires another user to open a crafted locations-settings URL; successful payloads run in that user's browser and can access session data or act in that session.
