Authenticated quota bypass via trusted upload metadata

Improper authorization in LobeChat before 1.143.3 allows remote authenticated users to bypass upload quotas and create files in unintended paths. The file.createFile tRPC procedure accepts client-supplied name, size, and object URL values and records the claimed size without reading S3 object metadata. A valid user session and completed object upload are required; falsified metadata enables cross-namespace placement and unmetered storage consumption that can degrade uploads for other users.
