Stored cross-site scripting in AOS-8 Instant and AOS-10 AP allows remote attackers on the local network to run JavaScript in a victim's browser. HPE identifies SSID processing in the web management interface as the locus but does not disclose the affected field, endpoint, or faulty neutralization operation. Exploitation requires local-network reachability and victim interaction; executed script can read browser-accessible data and alter device configuration with the victim session's authority.
