Unauthenticated API secret disclosure via exposed endpoint
Published Apr 10, 2026 · Updated Apr 10, 2026
Improper access control in BMC Control-M/MFT 9.0.20 through 9.0.22 allows remote attackers to obtain API credentials. An API management endpoint returns both an API identifier and its corresponding secret without authenticating the requester. No account or user interaction is required, and the disclosed credentials enable privileged API calls and unauthorized access; published scoring identifies confidentiality impact only.
