Authenticated SSRF via unchecked organization mirror redirects

SSRF in Red Hat Quay 3 and Mirror Registry for Red Hat OpenShift allows remote authenticated users to reach restricted systems. The organization mirror API accepts an external_registry_url, creates Quay or Harbor adapters without rejecting private or reserved targets, and follows HTTP redirects. An authenticated user with organization-mirroring access can make the registry issue requests into otherwise unreachable internal networks, exposing response data or enabling actions permitted by those services.
