Device crash via undersized LightDB string payload

Out-of-bounds read in Golioth Firmware SDK 0.10.0 through 0.21.1 allows remote attackers to crash devices via LightDB State payloads. The on_payload string branch subtracts 2 from a payload_size below 2 into size_t nbytes, then memcpy() reads beyond the received network buffer. A malicious server or man-in-the-middle attacker must supply the malformed response; the bounded reported consequence is a device crash.
