Authenticated code execution via inline Lua filters

Code injection in Zalando Skipper before 0.23.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute Lua as the Skipper process. The startup defaults register the lua() filter with inline and file sources, so attacker-controlled route definitions are compiled and run without a separate Lua opt-in. Access to create routes, such as Kubernetes Ingress resources, is required; scripts can read process-accessible files and expose secrets through readable logs.
