Cross-request context confusion via singleton race

Race condition in GraphQL Modules 2.2.1 through 2.4.0 and 3.0.0 through 3.1.0 allows remote attackers to mix request contexts. The @ExecutionContext() getter on singleton providers reads shared application context, allowing a parallel request to replace the value during an earlier asynchronous execution. Applications are exposed only when singleton services inject request context; backend operations can then use the wrong request's authentication token.
