Unauthenticated file disclosure via leading-slash path normalization

Path traversal in XWiki Commons by XWiki allows remote attackers to read server configuration files through crafted SSX or JSX requests. ClassLoaderUtils.resolveResourceName applies Java path normalization before Tomcat discards leading slashes, allowing a /../../ sequence to escape the intended resource root. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the demonstrated consequence is disclosure of WEB-INF configuration files on affected Tomcat deployments.
