CVE-2026-23678Network attack vector

Authenticated CLI execution via traceroute hostname injection

Published Feb 24, 2026 · Updated Feb 24, 2026

Command injection in Binardat 10G08-0800GSM firmware V300SP10260209 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute CLI commands. The traceroute diagnostic accepts a hostname containing the %1a separator without neutralizing command syntax before invoking the device CLI. Access to the web management interface and authentication are required; successful exploitation grants command execution on the switch.
