Authenticated membership disclosure via missing endpoint authorization
Published Mar 12, 2026 · Updated Mar 12, 2026
Authorization bypass in the Admin API of Red Hat build of Keycloak before 26.4.11 allows remote authenticated users to list memberships. The organizations member endpoint accepts a realm access token and victim UUID but omits the permission check, returning memberships instead of 403. Reachability requires Organizations to be enabled, a valid realm token, and the victim UUID; the reported consequence is membership disclosure only.
