Use-after-free in Redis with Lua scripting allows remote authenticated users to execute code through replica synchronization. During master-replica synchronization, Redis reaches freed Lua-related memory, but the vendor has not disclosed the responsible function or object. Exploitation requires authenticated access and a replica configured, or reconfigurable, with replica-read-only disabled; code runs in the redis-server process.
