SQL injection in OpenEMR before 8.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary SQL through the Immunization module. ImmunizationController indexAction and reportAction concatenate patient_id values into SQL WHERE clauses without escaping or parameterization. Any authenticated user with module access can read or alter the application database; server code execution additionally requires database FILE privileges.
