CVE-2026-23572Network attack vector

Authenticated access via premature confirmation bypass

Published Feb 5, 2026 · Updated Feb 5, 2026

Incorrect authorization in TeamViewer Full and Host clients before 15.74.5 allows remote authenticated users to bypass local confirmation. When “Allow after confirmation” is configured, the remote-session authorization flow grants access before the local party approves it; TeamViewer has not disclosed the code-level error. The attacker must first authenticate by ID and password, Session Link, or Easy Access, and the resulting session receives the configured remote-access permissions.
