Link-following in TeamViewer DEX 1E Client before 26.1 on Windows allows local users to delete protected system files via crafted links. The 1E-Explorer-TachyonCore-DeleteFileByPath instruction follows an RPC control junction or symbolic link before deleting its resolved target. A low-privileged Windows user must prepare the link and induce execution of the privileged instruction; successful exploitation deletes protected files and can interrupt the host.
