Client crash via unchecked planar bitmap dimensions

Heap overflow in FreeRDP before 3.21.0 allows remote attackers operating an RDP server to crash clients via a crafted RLE planar bitmap. freerdp_bitmap_decompress_planar passes unvalidated source dimensions to planar_decompress_plane_rle, whose decode loops write beyond context buffers sized from smaller maximum dimensions. Exploitation requires a client connection to an attacker-controlled server; a crash is demonstrated, while code execution depends on allocator behavior and heap layout.
