Stored XSS via unsanitized README previews

Stored XSS in the App Store of 1Panel-dev 1Panel before 1.10.34-lts and 1Panel 2.0.0 through 2.0.16 allows attackers to run browser scripts. The App Store passes application README content to the previewOnly MdEditor renderer without XSS sanitization, so embedded script executes when details are viewed. Attackers must be able to publish a malicious application and induce an authenticated panel user to view its details, exposing that user's session data and permitted panel actions.
