Authenticated RCE via updater lifecycle shell injection

OS command injection in Arcane before 1.13.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute shell commands through updater lifecycle labels. The updater service reads pre-update or post-update label values and passes them directly to /bin/sh -c without validation or neutralization. Any authenticated user can plant a command through the project API, but an administrator must later trigger an update; execution occurs inside the container, with host access limited to exposed mounts.
