Authenticated metadata disclosure via conditional permission check

Improper access control in Pimcore Admin Classic Bundle before 1.7.16 or 2.0.0-RC1 through 2.2.2 lets remote authenticated users list properties. SettingsController::propertiesAction calls checkPermission only when request data is present, so list requests without data bypass predefined_properties authorization. Any authenticated backend account can retrieve internal metadata schemas, keys, defaults, and configuration details despite lacking property-management permission.
