Unauthenticated file disclosure via unchecked download path

Path traversal in InvoicePlane 1.6.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files through a guest download URL. The Guest Get controller's get_file method URL-decodes an attacker-controlled filename, appends it to uploads/customer_files, and passes the unchecked path to readfile without rejecting ../ sequences. No account or user interaction is required; exposure is limited to files readable by the web server process, including application configuration and source code.
