Unauthenticated user enumeration via public user list

Information exposure in Blinko before 1.8.4 allows remote attackers to enumerate users and disclose account metadata without authentication. The publicUserList procedure queries every account and returns names, roles, login types, timestamps, and linked-account identifiers through GET /api/v1/user/public-user-list. The public endpoint requires no authentication, enabling identification of usernames and privileged accounts for targeted attacks.
