Local service interruption via unbounded BO lists

Resource exhaustion in the AMDGPU driver in Linux Kernel allows local users to interrupt service through oversized buffer-object lists. The amdgpu_bo_list_create path trusts the userspace bo_number field and allocates and processes that many entries without an upper bound. A local user with access to an AMD GPU render device can consume gigabytes of kernel memory and prolong list processing, exhausting system resources.
