Remote memory corruption and freezes via tunnel statistics

Improper per-CPU statistics handling in Linux Kernel 6.14 allows remote attackers to corrupt memory or freeze 32-bit systems via tunnel traffic. iptunnel_xmit_stats() treats VXLAN and Geneve devices as NETDEV_PCPU_STAT_TSTATS and writes the synchronization sequence at the wrong offset in pcpu_dstats. Exposure requires a 32-bit kernel and traffic through a VXLAN or Geneve transmit path; the bounded consequences are memory corruption and a system freeze.
