Kernel crash via unsynchronized MANA channel teardown

Use-after-free in the MANA network driver allows local users to crash the Linux kernel during hardware-channel teardown. mana_hwc_destroy_channel() frees hwc->caller_ctx before destroying the completion and event queues, while an in-flight interrupt can still dereference that context in mana_hwc_handle_resp(). The race is confined to systems using MANA hardware and requires channel teardown concurrent with an in-flight completion interrupt; a NULL dereference can crash the kernel.
