Kernel crash via runtime-PM parent use-after-free

Use-after-free in affected Linux Kernel branches allows local users to crash the kernel by racing SCSI device removal. pm_runtime_work() saves dev->parent, releases the child power lock, and then locks and idles that parent after concurrent removal can free it. Low-privileged local access and successful race timing are required; the demonstrated result is a KASAN-detected invalid read that interrupts the system.
