System crash via offset-omitting NDP16 bounds check

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux Kernel cdc_ncm USB network driver from 3.8 allows local users to crash the system via a crafted NDP16 table. cdc_ncm_rx_verify_ndp16() omits ndpoffset when checking the DPE-array size against the skb length, so cdc_ncm_rx_fixup() iterates entries beyond the buffer. Triggering requires local low-privileged access and a crafted NTB that places its NDP near the buffer end; the bounded consequence is a system crash.
