Kernel-memory disclosure via offset-omitting NDP32 check

Out-of-bounds read in Linux Kernel's USB CDC NCM driver allows local users to read kernel memory via a crafted NDP32 near an NTB end. cdc_ncm_rx_verify_ndp32() checks the NDP-plus-DPE-array size against the full socket-buffer length but omits ndpoffset, so a table near the buffer end passes validation and is read past the boundary. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and processing by the CDC NCM receive path; the published mechanism establishes a memory read, not a write or code execution.
