Kernel page fault via stale XDP metadata

Denial of service in the Linux kernel igc driver from 6.10 allows local users to trigger a page fault during XDP TX timestamp shutdown. TX-ring shutdown leaves xsk_meta pointers stale, and igc_ptp_tx_tstamp_event dereferences them from the interrupt handler after teardown. The condition requires an XDP application that requested TX timestamping to shut down while the interface link remains up; other queues remain unaffected.
