Local denial of service via stale VMA boundary

Denial of service in affected Linux Kernel releases allows local users to interrupt service via a crafted mseal call. In mm/mseal.c, mseal_apply() caches curr_end before vma_modify_flags() merges a VMA, then advances curr_start with that stale boundary. An unprivileged process can trigger the condition across adjacent VMAs with mixed seal states; debug builds emit a kernel warning, while production builds silently misapply the seal.
