Local denial of service via Binder deadlock

Improper locking in Linux Kernel 6.18 allows local users to cause a deadlock through Rust Binder death-notification handling. dead_binder_done() retains the process lock while set_notification_done() can route work to a process queue that reacquires the same lock. The sequence requires low-privileged local access and a non-looper caller; normal Android userspace is not expected to meet that condition.
