Local kernel panic via XDP tailroom miscalculation

Denial of service in Linux Kernel 6.3 through 6.19.6 and 7.0 release candidates allows local users to trigger a kernel panic via XDP. The ice driver records the DMA write length as XDP RxQ frag_size even though bpf_xdp_frags_increase_tail() treats it as the whole buffer size, producing negative tailroom. A low-privileged local user must exercise the multi-buffer XDP path with a large tail-growth request; zero-copy mode fails the growth operation without the reported panic.
