Kernel crash via uninitialized ice RX ring

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux Kernel 6.19 ice driver allows local users to crash the kernel through an offline loopback self-test. The ice_loopback_test path configures an RX ring without initializing libeth with the q_vector and NAPI structure required by libeth_rx_fq_create, causing ice_alloc_rx_bufs to write through a null pointer. Triggering the fault requires local privileges to invoke the ethtool offline self-test on a system using the ice driver; the resulting kernel oops interrupts service.
